Overview

Our four-year BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Foundation Year provides a comprehensive understanding of psychology’s science and theories and their application in daily life.

The foundation year, the first year of this degree, offers an excellent introduction to psychology, social sciences, and research methods, alongside developing study skills. It is designed to prepare you for degree-level study.

Following this preparation, you will build and deepen your knowledge of psychology through core modules. You can also select specialized option modules aligned with your interests or career aspirations.

As a psychology graduate, your qualification can lead to a career as a professional psychologist or various other professions, including teaching, human resource management, the police, the armed forces, and social work.
