BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science with Foundation Year
Overview
Our four-year BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science with Foundation Year program applies scientific principles to human performance through the interdisciplinary approaches of physiology, psychology, and biomechanics.
In partnership with St Mary’s University, this program includes a range of modules designed to prepare you for the workforce. These modules cover topics such as Physiology of Exercise, Sports Biomechanics, and Environmental Physiology.

- Fitness Instructor

Standard Entry: Applicants must have one of the following qualifications:
- Level 2 qualification (GCSE’s or equivalent)
- Level 3 qualification (GCE or equivalent)
- Level 4 - Higher National Certificate
Work Experience Route: Those who do not meet the above criteria may apply through work experience:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a skilled job role
- or 2 years in any job category
